Issue with restoring my Firo wallet

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Firo wallet. I hadn’t used it for about three months, and when I tried to launch it again, I was asked whether I wanted to create a new wallet or restore an existing one. I don’t understand why, as I already had a configured wallet.

I attempted to restore my wallet using my 24-word mnemonic phrase, but it also asked me for a wallet creation date. Since I don’t know the exact date, I proceeded without specifying one, but after the synchronization was complete, my original wallet didn’t appear. My funds and transactions are missing.

Here’s the information I have that may help resolve the issue:

  • My 24-word mnemonic phrase.
  • A 25-word seed.
  • A backup of the wallet.dat file from my original wallet.

What should I do to recover my wallet and my funds? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

What version is your wallet now?

The current version is v14.14.0 which is a mandatory update.
Please update to the latest and replace the current wallet.dat with the backup (copy and paste into the Firo data directory folder)

Let the wallet sync from start.
