Is my location/IP address private if I send out from my address?

With using Electron wallet, sending to an address on other device/location, is my wallet/device location known, or private?

I know that the coin will be a new coin sending it on private, but not sure if other way to track sender location info.

Firo uses a protocol called Dandelion++ to hide your IP address.
