Your 11 Firo are in the transparent balance. By default, Firo wallets are set to use the anonymized (private) balance and not the transparent balance. You can quickly and easily anonymize your balance and benefit from the privacy before sending it off, but on the send tab, there is an option in the lower right where you can select to use the transparent balance instead of the anonymized balance.
