Feedback from Aaron on the Future Computing Research Workshop hosted by Delendum Research which we funded his trip:
“The workshop was a good opportunity to discuss challenges and research opportunities relating to digital voting. While it is unfortunate that working group presentations were removed from the event agenda unexpectedly due to scheduling, it was useful to present the design of Aura to other researchers interested in this space as part of scheduled discussions and to obtain useful feedback to improve it. This feedback included a design alternative to voter anonymity proofs and an interesting metadata-related attack against coercion resistance. Receiving feedback on ongoing work is a key component of the research process, and was welcome!”
