Common sense dictates that they count as a single pool operator and even if it isn’t common sense, CFC can use their discretion.

The following message has been sent out to qualifying pool operators.
Good evening pool operators, the Firo Community Fund Committee has approved 1500 FIRO to be used to offer a 10% bonus over coinbase rewards (excluding fees) to pools with less than 30% of total hashrate (as long as run by different operators).
The purpose of this campaign is to incentivize miners to decentralize hashrate and to support our smaller pool operators that form part of Firo’s ecosystem.
We can disburse this money weekly to reward to your pool and is based on the number of blocks each pool has solved during the week.
If your pool wishes to opt in, please let us know with your preferred pool address and also assist us to report to us the number of blocks solved per week (Monday-Sunday counts as one week) based on UTC time. Please also ensure that notifications on this bonus are also promoted on your social media/pool websites.
The period will be from the 12 September 2022 00:00 UTC until the 12 October 2022 0:00 UTC

Quick update on the 10% disbursement bonus reward campaign.

12th Sept 2022 - 18th Sep 2022 marked the first week of the campaign. The total number of blocks from each participating pool will be accumulated by end of the week in order to determine the amount of bonus that would be given out to each of them. Until today, there are up to four participating pools which are WoolyPooly, Minerpool, Solopool, and Mintpond. We are still waiting for an update from Cruxpool.
- Total blocks of WoolyPooly: 230
- Total blocks of Solopool: 54
- Total blocks of Mintpond: 183
- Total blocks of Minerpool: 61
In order to figure out the exact amount of bonus for each pool, the total number of blocks needed to be times the reward of a block (6.25 Firo) times 25% (amount earned by miners) and times the bonus, 10%

- Total blocks of WoolyPooly (230) x 6.25 Firo x 0.25 x 0.10 = 35.9375 Firo
- Total blocks of Solopool (54) x 6.25 Firo x 0.25 x 0.10 = 8.4375 Firo
- Total blocks of Mintpond (183) x 6.25 Firo x 0.25 x 0.10 = 28.59375 Firo
